Glove Up and Shine Cleaning Company provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, and commercial cleaning. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and any site-specific requirements that may affect the work.
We are committed to clear and transparent pricing. The cost of our cleaning services will be communicated through our website, by phone, by email, or in writing upon request. Prices may vary depending on the size of the property, the condition of the space, the type of cleaning required, and any additional requests. Any extra charges will be discussed where applicable before the service is completed.
We aim to keep payment simple and straightforward. Payment for services is due upon completion of the agreed work unless another arrangement has been confirmed in advance. Accepted payment methods may include cash, bank transfer, card payment, or any other mutually agreed method. Invoices may be provided where needed and will outline the services delivered and the total amount due.
We request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling wherever possible. This helps us manage our schedule and serve other clients efficiently. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee. We do understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can happen, and we will always try to handle those situations reasonably.
We take pride in providing high-quality cleaning services with careful attention to detail. If you believe there is an issue with the service provided, please contact us as soon as possible so we have the opportunity to review the concern and discuss a fair resolution. Any concerns should be raised promptly after the service is completed.
While we take great care in delivering our services professionally and responsibly, Glove Up and Shine Cleaning Company shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages arising from the use of our services, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. Clients are responsible for informing us in advance of any delicate materials, fragile items, existing damage, or specific risks within the property.
The well-being of our clients, properties, and team members is important to us. Glove Up and Shine Cleaning Company may maintain appropriate insurance coverage relevant to the services provided. Where applicable, this is intended to help reduce risk in the event of unforeseen incidents during the delivery of our services.
The safety of our clients and anyone carrying out the cleaning is a key part of how we operate. If we identify health and safety concerns, unsafe conditions, or hazards at the property, we reserve the right to postpone, modify, or cancel the service until the issue has been addressed. This helps protect everyone involved and ensures the work can be completed safely.
